Thank you for considering sponsoring the 87th Annual Evanston Cowboy Days
Celebration. This year’s celebration will be September 1st through September 4th. It’s
hard to believe we are already making plans! We can create a sponsorship package for
any budget. We are a 501(c)3 so your sponsorship is tax deductible.
Sponsorships this year are different. Due to arena renovations and changes we are
switching from banners to 4x4 signs. These will be easier for us to store and put up
when needed. We also feel that they are much more professional looking.
Unfortunately, there will no longer be an option to have a banner up year round. We
will continue to use the jumbo tron to give your brand awareness at our events. I'll
gladly discuss this change with you if needed.

We have some opportunities available not listed in this packet such as a replay screen
sponsor, concert sponsorship opportunities etc. Contact me if interested in any of
these and we’ll put together a package. Attached are the most popular choices but we
can create a package to fit your budget. If you’re unable to sponsor, please consider
buying a single ad or donate an item we can auction.
